In a nutshell, what does the business do?

We have developed patented 3D printing technology that enables us to make personalised nutrient gummies on demand. We have a vast range of high impact nutrients, vitamins and supplements for customers to choose from, and we 3D print them into customised stacks using our delicious, vegan and sugar free gummy formula.

How long have you been working in Digbeth?

I have been working in Digbeth since 2015 when I founded my previous business, Magic Candy Factory, in the Custard Factory.

What makes your business so special?

At Rem3dy we are passionate about innovation and are proud of the world leading technology that we have developed in house from our facility in Digbeth. Our expert team are constantly optimising our existing IP and developing new techniques and concepts to stay at the forefront of the nutrition industry, and to maintain our ethos for sustainability and science backed, personalised health solutions.

What do you like most about working in Birmingham’s Creative Quarter?

I often think of Digbeth is very similar to Brooklyn, and as an American it reminds me of growing up in New York! I love the vibrant atmosphere of creativity, the sense of community between the tenants and the extraordinary standard of talent that can be found there. 

Where do you normally go for lunch in B9? 

I’m a big fan of Kilo Ziro Café, their menu is absolutely delicious, and I love their focus on reducing waste and suppling local brands.  

Do you have a recommendation for the best thing to do in Digbeth outside of work?

My team and I love escape rooms so I would recommend Escape Now, or of course a few drinks at one of the many fabulous bars in the area.

What are you currently working on?

We have recently launched our new Collagen+ Range which focuses on hair, skin and nails and joint health, and are now preparing to expand our offering into Europe. We have lots of other exciting developments in the pipeline, so watch this space!
